Hopefully everybody had a Happy Valentine’s Day. The sun is just starting to come out so this is traditionally when the home prices in the area remain pretty flat. In a few months as kids get out of school and the weather gets better the market heats up a bit (just like the weather) but for now, likely to expect the same. The main forces countering this “typical” home sales season are FORECLOSURES … Defaults on loans and foreclosures are on the rise as the market becomes flooded with these Bank Owned properties expect prices to remain low.
